Screw Screen
ArCh Enviro range of Screw screen with Compactor, compacts, washes and lifts screenings to a convenient height for discharge.
The unit is provided with screen aperture sizes ranging from 0.25 to 6 mm depending on the application.
The unit is suitable for In Channel applications, Vertical applications or In tank for flange connection. Units are available without compactor where screening only is required.
Screw Screen (Features)
- The screw can be constructed of SS 304 or SS 316 stainless steel or epoxy coated low alloy carbon steel.
- Casing construction material Stainless Steel SS 304 or SS 316.
- Optional washing zone for screening & conveying zone.
- Inclined Angle 35-40 deg. to Vertical
- Slot gaps (spacing) 0.25 to 3mm
- Engineered plastic Liners for waste screening increases life of screw.
- Self-cleaning screen. Array of Washing nozzles for compaction zone.
