ArCh Enviro range of “Trash Rack screen” is equipped with a fixed frame embedded in the civil wall and number of trash rack screen installed one above other.

Its installed mainly in power plants or Sewage pumping stations. Its used to prevent higher size debris like wooden logs, big rags, to enter in process line.

The Tray screen can be removed using a hoist which is fixed on top of the working platform. According to need, an operator lifts the screen periodically and clean the deposited material.

Trash Rack - Design

Trash screen is ideally used for Raw sewage intake from River/Nallah water into the pumping station or Raw water intake for power plant
The Trash rack screen uses stainless steel flats or SS channels covered by SS wire mesh as the screening medium. Solid waste higher than bar spacing is screened and it can be removed outside the channel, using a hoist or suitable lifting arrangement.
Each unit incorporates a set of bars and fabricated on SS channels. SS wire mesh can be fixed for square openings.
Based on the flow and water level, this screen can be fixed in number of segments, one above other.
