Screw conveyor offers highly versatile and numerous solutions for solid waste transport, cement feeding and conveying in concrete batching plants, which usually consists of a tube containing rotating helical screw blade coiled around a shaft, driven at one end and held at the other. Apart from Screw, the main parts include inlet and outlet chutes with drive motor.

Shaftless version available upto certain length for solid waste handling.

Screw Conveyors - Advantages

As standard, adopts continuous spiral blade made of high strength wear-resistant steel with smooth surface, which ensures the uniformity and stability of conveying material. SS screws available on request for specific application.
Hardness and wear resistance of screw is twice higher than ordinary material blade. The hardness of ranges up to HB 230.
Front and rear screw blade adopt close screw pitch, which can prevent plugging effectively. Simple structure, easy operation, low power consumption.
Small screw diameter with impact structure, high rotation speed which maintains large capacity. Total enclosed structure, no pollution to environment, working environment are improved.
Discharge from this screw, can be taken on a Screw Compactor for dewatering, compaction & volume reduction, particularly for Solid waste management.
