Working Principle
The Removable Trash Rack works as a passive screening barrier placed at the channel entrance. As wastewater flows through the rack, large solid particles such as plastic waste, rags, and other floatables are trapped. Operators can manually lift the trash rack using hooks and remove accumulated debris at scheduled intervals. This prevents blockages and protects downstream treatment units like pumps and screens.
